Holly was wonderful to work with. She was extremely responsive, dilligent, knowledgable, & a great advocate. She always followed up and followed through on everything we needed. Our dream home became a reality because of Holly.

We worked with Holly Kane to purchase a new home and sell our present home. We have been looking at properties for about 2 years now and she showed us excellent properties but with the market the way it is, the bidding wars took over and priced us out of that market. She found the home we purchased and we are completely satisfied. She also helped us prepare our current home for sale and it sold in three days. We liked the fact that she was not pushy or impatient with us through this whole process. She made what could have been an unpleasant experience almost fun. She is definitely a credit to your organization. We will recommend her highly to our family and friends. Sue & John Cerrone

Holly is a very skilled agent and also easy to work with. Her knowledge of the market is phenomenal and undoubtedly saved me money in developing an offer on a home I really wanted that was accepted the same day! ! Throughout the process, Holly was always one step ahead and gave me information as needed to make the process easy to navigate. There was a water leak at the property I was purchasing and Holly negotiated a very satisfactory credit for me from the seller in addition to having them repair all the damage! Holly is a top notch realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a home.

I don't even know where to begin... What I do know is that I seriously can't say enough great things about, Holly. I can start with things like, efficient, knowledgeable, honesty, integrity, professional, kind, helpful, and funny (which I personally loved!) From start to finish, Holly was with us every step of the way, and ours was a whirlwind sale. With 50 showings, and 16 offers, I seriously don't know what we would have done without her skill(s). So when I say, Holly KNOWS her stuff I mean it. Anyone who can work under that kind of pressure can handle any sale in my book. I 1000% recommend, Holly Kane as your Realtor! She is well beyond a "5 Star" rating. Well beyond. Thank you, Holly! You were absolutely amazing, and we are so very grateful.

Holly was wonderful to work with. I relocated with my employer, so Holly assisted me with the whole process. She has always remained friendly and professional (even when the relocation pushed back with certain stipulations). I felt completely comfortable with her handling the selling of my house even when I had moved out of state to close on my new house. She was simply AMAZING!!!

Holly was extremely helpful in simplifying the home buying process. I told her my budget and what I was looking for, she matched me with the homes available, toured them with me, and gave her honest opinions, absent fluff. As a new homebuyer, I relied heavily on her opinion and she did not steer me wrong. Could not be happier.

Holly is the best! If something needed to get done, it got done because of Holly. We are forever grateful to her for her perseverance in getting us into our forever home.

What can I say about Holly that I haven’t said already. She is excellent at what she does. We are beyond thrilled to have her referred to us. Holly isn’t just a realtor, she’s a friend. She truly knows what she’s doing, is a wealth of information and guidance a long the way. Holly, thank you. You are amazing!

Holly Kane, of Coldwell Banker Prime Properties, was recommended to us by a friend, and we would like to pass the recommendation on to you. If you are looking for a real estate agent that has a strong work ethic, one who is willing to go above and beyond, someone who evidences consistent positive energy and is dedicated and invested in their work, call Holly. Not only did she help with every aspect of the sale of our home and address concerns as they arose, Holly also provided the support we needed throughout a very stressful process. Holly told us she loves what she does, and it shows. We recommend her highly. As a result of our complete satisfaction with Holly, we forwarded a letter containing positive feedback to her immediate supervisor, Deborah Kallfelz, Regional/District Manager of the Liverpool office who gratefully acknowledged our comments. We also sent letters of commendation to Mr. Kenneth Raymond and Mr. RJ Long, the owners of this franchise, and received an appreciative response from them the very same day. We also feel it important to mention, that in addition to buying and selling homes, Coldwell Banker Prime Properties is actively involved in philanthropic work. This agency gives back to the community through generous donations and employs staff who volunteer helping local organizations.

I worked with Holly to sell my mom's house. Holly proved to be a true professional throughout the process and made my life easy as an out-of-state client. She had the house photographed and listed in 2 days. While on the market, Holly was available for my questions and kept me informed of all activity and feedback from the many showings. With Holly's experience, we negotiated the best deal and quickly closed without any surprises. I highly recommend!

Thank you Holly for your help & assistance.

Holly goes above & beyond for each of her clients! This is my 3rd experience working with her, after the CEO of our company recommended her. This was a difficult move, with many moving parts, as I had to clear my mom's home and get it ready for sale on a very tight timeliness. She was there every step of the way with her calm, cheerful manner and "I've got a guy's recommendations. I cannot stress how happy I have been with her service!
