I had a great experience working with Holly!

Holly Kane is an exceptional realtor. She is attentive, informative and feel like a I've made a friend not just a realtor. Holly made me feel like I've known her for years. It was like having your best friend, who will tell you like it is selling your house. She sold my mother's house who had passed away in less than three days and well above asking. We plan to have Holly sell our house hopefully soon once we locate another in a different part of NYS.

I would highly recommend working with Holly! We had a nice house that we had so many problems selling. We were not overreaching on price but after numerous realtors, we hired Holly Kane. Holly had our house sold in one week for way over listing price. She is conscientious, thorough,and leaves nothing to chance. If Holly can’t help you, you are beyond help.

Holly is amazing! We met with another realtor prior to Holly who did a market analysis on our house with comps from a different neighborhood. NOT even comparable! She came in well under what we thought what our house was worth. So, when we received a postcard mailer from Holly Kane, who had sold several houses in our neighborhood, we immediately contacted her. Holly responded to our phone call immediately. At our first meeting, Holly came in with comps from our neighborhood, she did her research! She is very knowledgeable of the current market and is driven to get you the best deal for your house. She guided us throughout the whole process. Holly was available at anytime we needed her. We were very happy and satisfied with our experience with Holly. If you want to sell your house, we highly recommend Holly Kane!

I wish we could give Holly 10 Stars!!! We had to sell Grandma's home in Liverpool and we live in South-Central PA. We contacted a friend who works here with Coldwell Banker and he put us in contact with Holly. As soon as we called her, Holly went into action on our project. We drove up to Liverpool and met with Holly. We sensed a kind, gentle, friendly and professional real estate agent who could be trusted. We were delighted through the entire process. Holly gave us great advice and helped with every detail. And being out of state, there are extra details! We felt we were working with a friend who had our best interest in mind.
